The warden reports that when he went to the home of the official to inquire whether he had tags for his dogs or not that he was informed that the officer had just started squirrel hunting, and that he hastened in the direction they said he went and found him just inside his premises with his two dogs and gun. He was fined $10.00 and costs, amounting to $16.50 for failing to buy tags for his dogs. No charge was preferred against him for hunting out of season because he was still on his own premises when found by the Warden.
