Ottawa Free Trader.

OTTAWA, JULY 14, 1855.

Supreme Court.

We have before us a list of the causes argued and submitted during the present term of the court, but as no decisions have yet been given, and as we propose to give an abstract of the opinions of the court as the causes are decided, we have concluded not to publish our list for the present, but wait until the decisions are given.

There have thus far about 20 causes been argued and submitted; and as many more disposed of by motion, &c. There were up on the docket at the commencement of the term 183 civil and 11 criminal cases, of which about half remain still untouched.
