The same Day a large Parcel of Letters, directed to Bath and Bristol, were found by Mr. Thomas Carter, a Statuary at Hyde-Park-Corner, in that Neighbourhood; there was some Blood on the Letters, which were tied together with a Packthread. Mr. Carter dispatched the Parcel to the general Post House.
