HAGUE, March 6.

A new man of war, of 68 guns, called the Dogger Bank, was yesterday launched at Rotterdam, in the presence of a number of the representatives of the people, the French minister Delacroix, Admiral De Winter, general Soubert, &c. A grand salute was fired on the occasion, and the master builder was honored with the fraternal kiss by the French minister. Since the month of November last there have been built at Rotterdam, two ships of 68, and a frigate of 32 guns. In eight days a keel will be laid for another 68. The vessels damaged in the late engagement are repairing with the greatest expedition.
