At a special Court held at Martinsburgh, on Thursday and Friday last, for the examination of John Crane, charged with the murder of Abraham Vanhorne, as mentioned in our last:--the Court, after a full hearing of the evidences (which, with the pleas of the attorneys employed on the occasion, took up the greater part of the two days) were of opinion, that he was guilty of the charge alledged against him, and ordered that he be remanded to prison: from whence he was taken on Saturday last, and escorted to Winchester, under a strong guard, where he must take his final trial at the District Court, in October next.
