From the Whitehall Evening-Post of July 19, which came in the said Ship, we have extracted the following:

WARS AW, July 3.

The Crown General has ordered a considerable Body of Forces to assemble in the Ukraine. Prince Czartoriski, Palatinate of Russia, is also forming a Camp at Pullow. Ten Regiments of Russian Troops have actually entered Lithuania, and it is apprehended that 20,000 Cossacks, who are assembling at Smolensko, will also make an Irruption into the Dominions of the Republic. The Duke de Biron has called an Assembly of the Nobility of Courland. We still groan under the Oppression of the Prussians.
