Boston, June 12.

Yesterday we received a file of Cadiz papers to the 22d of April. They are filled with the proceedings of the Cortes on interior regulations; account of events in Portugal and Spain. They speak of many successes in various provinces; and the language of confidence of the final expulsion of the French never had a higher tone. The Baron de Antella was President of the Cortes; and Blake, Agur y Ciscar composed the Regency.

Cadiz, April 21.

Letters from Gaucin, of the tenth, say, the French have evacuated Marbella (in Granada) and retired towards Seville--in which city Soult Mortier and Victor have united.
