Fire at Buffalo.

On the 24th ult. a fire broke out in a row of wooden buildings, four in number, situated at the end of the bridge, on the little Buffalo creek, in this village, which it entirely destroyed. They were owned by Mr. William Sloan, and Mr. George S. Simcoe, and mostly occupied by the owners as dwellings, groceries, &c. The former had $2000, and the latter $1500 insurance upon their buildings. The fire was probably the work of design, as the building in which it first appeared was used as a store house, and had no fire within it for several weeks.—Buffalo Journal.
