The pre-occupation of our columns forbids, this week, the publication of our usual Atlantic summary. Elsewhere will be found a brief but interesting sketch of events transpiring in Mexico. A number of articles are unavoidably crowded out.
The Purser of the Constitution will please accept our thanks for late Victoria papers, by the last trip up of the steamer, which we regret not being able to use, for want of space. The dates are to the 19th inst.
