We are informed the editor of this new paper is disposed to exult over the defeat of the democratic party in this county, and to join in full chorus with the whigs and Dotymen in celebrating their successes. We cannot speak definitely of the character of the paper, as the editor has not seen fit to send us a copy—none but whigs and followers of Doty we are told have been favored with it in this town.
