A resolution was adopted, on motion of Col. Torrence, for the appointment of a Committee of 21, to draft resolutions for the consideration of the Convention.
Messrs. Rockwell, Dawson, and Allen, were appointed a Committee to draft rules for the government of the Convention.
The Convention then adjourned until 3 o'clock, P. M. the next day.
