Cass Lake Man Denies His Car Hit Minister
A statement denying that it was their automobile that struck Rev. K. O. Hildahl of Fosston in the accident near Solway recently was made by Elmer D. Perkins of Cass Lake and his son, Garth. "The automobile in which I and my son were riding struck a horse," Mr. Perkins stated, "but did not strike Rev. Hildahl as was understood by many after the accident." They stated that it was a third car which came along which struck and fatally injured Rev. Hildahl. The driver of the third car is not known.
