On the other Hand it is assured, that Mr. Hartma, the Elector's Minister at Vienna, has declared, that his Master had nothing so much at Heart, as to settle that Succession in such Manner as may most tend to preserve the Peace of the Empire, and therefore requested his Imperial Majesty's speedy Sentiments on that Occasion, not doubting but that whatever Opinion his Majesty shall be of, he will ever have in View the Rights of the House of Sultzbach.
Since the Return of Mr. Blondel, Envoy from the Court of France to Manheim, it is more strongly reported than ever that a Body of French Troops will be quarter'd in the Dutchies of Juliers and Bergues, 'till the Claims of the several Competitors to that Succession, be adjusted. It is added, that those Forces are already named, and the Command of them given to the Count de Belle Isle.
