City Council Has Big Task Ahead-
Meet on June 8 for Week Session.
The city council of Grand Forks will meet on June 8 as a board of equalization and will remain in session a week or ten days. During this time the returns of City Assessor Miller will be thoroughly checked up and the citizens will be given an opportunity of telling the council whether they have been assessed too high or too low, if they choose to do so.
The work of assessing has been completed but the totals will not be announced for a few days, however, as the work of getting them in shape is a big one.
