LONDON, NOV. 30.
THE Gazette of Saturday contains six fresh Orders of Council.
The first states when the former Orders are to commence operation.
The 2d permits neutrals to export from British islands to enemy's ports
Certain articles, however, are only to be exported under special permission.
The 3d states the regulations under which Gibraltar and Malta may become the entrepot of a trade between England, hostile and neutral countries.
The Governors of those islands may grant permission to export in neutral bottoms or hostile bottoms, unarmed, not exceeding 100 tons. The States of Barbary are permitted a free trade with the ports of the Mediterranean. The 4th Order relates to British bottoms. The 5th allows Prussia and Lubec, in consequence of their being compelled to shut their ports to the British, to trade to or from any English port, from neutral port to neutral port, or from any port of a British ally to any port direct. The same permission, and for the same reason is extended to Portugal. She is permitted to keep up a free intercourse with her colonies.
