New York Yanks Boston Shamrocks Meet on Sunday

FRESNO. Dec. 4. (UP)-The New York Yankees and the Boston Shamrocks, members of the American professional football league, held final workouts here today for their game tomorrow at the Fresno State college stadium.

Leading the Yankee outfit will be Andy Karpus, former University of Detroit all-American quarterback.

With him in the backfield will be Frank Funk at right half and Joe Keeble at full, both former U.C.L.A stars. Gil Kuhn, formerly of U.S.C. will play the center position.

Ed Goddard of Washington State, and Pete Sarno, former all-American tackle at Fordham, will be in the Shamrocks starting lineup.
