They Are Said to Have Drugged and
Robbed Eugene McGlauchlin.

Special to The Journal.

Bemidji, Minn., April 8.—George Labue
and John Berry, big mit men, were
charged to-day with murder in the first
degree. Facts point toward their guilt in
robbing Eugene McGlauchlin and drugging
him.

McGlauchlin died very suddenly and it
was thought he was poisoned. An
autopsy was held and the stomach was
sent to the state laboratory for examination.
Labue fled to Crookston, where he
was captured.
