PIPER'S OPERA HOUSE—THE CORICAN BROTHERS.—Last evening being "ladies' night," the dress circle at the Opera House was again well filled, and the parquette crowded to overflowing. The Corsican Brothers is certainly having a most excellent run, and Sue Robinson in her unequalled impersonation of the twin brothers, Fabian and Louis dei Franchi, wins new laurels each evening. The particular and peculiar part enacted by Harry Spriggs and Johnny Tuers is very amusing—all about a ben—and their outlandish "make-up" does not augment their natural beauty of form and feature in the least. Either one of them is a perfect heart-breaker in the way of being handsome. The trap and machinery for producing the wonderful spectral illusion were contrived and executed by P. Rippingham, who is deserving of great credit for his mechanical skill and ingenuity. It is said to work better than anything in that line heretofore constructed on this coast. The Corsican Brothers again to-night.
