A Letter from St. Eustatia, dated Dec. 11. says,

That Capt. Grig, in a York Privateer Brig of 14 Guns and Capt. Higgins in an Antigua sloop, has taken and carried into St. Kitts, a large French ship of 600 Tons, 26 Guns, and 75 Men: Her Cargo consists of 900 Hhds of Wine. besides dry Goods: she was bound for Martinico from Old France, and was taken within Gunshot of the first mentioned Place. as they fired several shot from Fort Royal, which over reach'd the Privateers and Prize, without doing any Damage.
