A TREE GROWS ON DUVAL STREET—The city's Christmas tree was firmly and finally anchored in a reinforced cement block today, and planted smack in the middle of the intersection at Duval and Fleming Streets, the second busiest corner in Key West and Monroe County. Some of the more accident-prone citizens in the community posed the question: will this be a traffic hazard? It is a moot question, say others, until some holiday reveler piles up on it.
