May 29. Our Advices from Heilbron say, That the Army assembled there, amounts to 30,000 Men, and waits only the Direction of the Maritime Powers to enter on Action; as it is thought to be a good deal superior to that of the French, under the Prince of Conti, on the Moselle. There is a kind of Balance to the German Neutrality, by the Circles having chose Prince Charles to command the Army of the Empire. The Court of Manheim did not assent, but the Prince had a great Majority of Voices, and is constituted accordingly.

P. S. We have just now Advice, that the whole Army of Heilbron is under Orders to march with all Speed into the Low Countries.
