A BIG REHEARSAL.
Prof. Leary is Getting His Chorus in Shape.

Prof. P. C. Leary, who has charge of the musical programme to be rendered during the celebration next month, held a rehearsal of the big chorus last night at the hall of the Hobbie Music Company. There were one hundred and ten voices in the chorus and the piece rehearsed was a new one, being from Gounod's Redemption, a difficult and massive piece of music, which, however, was entirely mastered before the rehearsal ended.

Prof. Leary left last night for Baltimore to see about getting some voices for his chorus and some new music. He will return either Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
