Advice to Postmasters.—The postmasters of Buffalo and Utica, in this state, have our consent to steal, plunder, and runaway if they please, but we beg of them, as long as they are in office, not to plunder our readers of the Herald. From Buffalo we have lamentable complaints from our patrons. Now we know that their papers are regularly put into the post-office here, and sent off as regularly to the west. Yet when any important news is in the Herald, many of our subscribers never receive their papers.—If this is not remedied, we shall apply to Amos Kendall, and bargain to go for him as the successor of Van, if he will remove the postmasters of Buffalo and Utica. Look out—no mistake in us. When we start on any course, we never give up.
