Bought A Fine Farm.

E. M. Ehrhart, the Lewiston banker, closed a deal here Saturday for the sale of his 280-acre farm north of town, the old Staal farm, to Edgar Fry for $11,900, or $42.50 an acre.

Mr. Fry has had the farm rented for the past year and has just finished harvesting a nice crop from it. Mr. Fry, the new owner, has been farming successfully for several years in the country south of Ferdinand and in a few years more will have his new home clear of all debt and nicely improved, as he is one who makes every item on the farm pay and believes in building up a nice farm home.
