WASHINGTON, Feb. 6.—Editorially, this morning's National Republican says: "Senator Harrison's management of the Dakota bill has been simply superb. The report was one of the most exhaustive documents of the kind ever presented. It will be a magazine of facts to be drawn upon in discussing the admission of new States for many years to come. In his speeches on this measure he has won the highest commendation of the ablest Senators. The National Republican congratulates the Senator upon his handsome victory so handsomely won."
