Police Detectives Searching for Woman in Case—Ordered to Find Her.
NEW YORK, Feb. 27.—A woman believed by the police to have slain Frederick Schneider, wealthy contractor, on a barren spot in the Bronx last night, is being trailed by a squad of 40 detectives. They have been ordered to find the woman in the case.
Schneider was executor of some of the largest contracting jobs in the east and a member of half a dozen clubs. He was separated from his wife.
The police have an accurate description of the supposed slayer.
