Inserts Matrimonial "Ads" Naming Cafe as Rendezvous.

BERLIN. Jan. 15.--An original and successful advertising ruse has just been employed by a man who opened a cafe in the southwest quarter of Berlin and wished to attract custom. He hit upon the idea of putting matrimonial advertisements in papers and in the replies assigned his cafe as a place of rendezvous, asking the recipients to carry his notes in their hands for purposes of recognition. As a result of several days his cafe was crowded with guests, both male and female, anxiously looking out for the writers of their notes.
