Georgia. The Hon. William Houston and William Gibbons.

On Friday last his Excellency P. J. Van Berckel, Minister Plenipotentiary from the United Netherlands to the United States of America, arrived at Trenton.

It is confidently asserted that Congress have it in contemplation to return to Philadelphia, as the most suitable place for their own accommodation, as well as for the convenience and reception of foreign Ministers, &c.

One of the first objects of their deliberation, it is conjectured, will be the dislodgement of the British troops, which still, contrary to treaty, insolently keep possession of our frontier posts.

And it is expected that some spirited resolutions will be entered into for that purpose.
