SEAFORD'S NEW HOTEL.

To Be the Finest Hostelry on the Peninsula South of Wilmington, Outside the Hotel Richardson,

Architect E. L. Rice, Jr., was in Seaford Tuesday and staked out the new 40-room brick hotel at the corner of Market and High streets, which is to be built for Harry C. Penington.

Contractor John M. Collins, of this city, was engaged Tuesday to take charge and superintend the work. It will be the handsomest hotel on the Peninsula, south of Wilmington, outside of the Hotel Richardson at Dover.
