Rochelle, Oct. 24. The privateers of Martinico, continue to make very valuable prizes, and the inhabitants wait with impatience for the arrival of the enemy that they may have an opportunity to signalize their courage and loyalty. The island runs over with provisions, proceeding from the multitude of captures ; the troops are in want of nothing for the defence of the coasts ; and when their impetuous ardour is directed by M. de Bulunce, who hath given such remarkable proofs of his conduct and valour in Germany, it will be impossible for the English to reduce the island without a miracle.
