Full Text

Gov. Tallmadge, we learn, will leave Buffalo on the 23d of the present month, for Wisconsin, to enter, after the 13th of next month, on the duties of his appointment. He will arrive at Milwaukee about the 27th.

Gov. Tallmadge, we are told, will enter upon and discharge the duties of his station without any reference to party divisions and party strife. His previous character then, as a politician does not concern us; as a private citizen his character is estimable. He has done the territory good service, and his reception, we doubt not, will be cordial in the highest degree.
