Frank Gough, baritone, accompanied by William Zimmerman, appeared in concert Saturday night at Fassifern School for Girls, when his musical presentment won cordial acclaim from a mixed audience of students and Hendersonville music lovers.

A high point in Mr. Gough's program was reached in the third opening group of arias, that Benvenuto Cellini by Berlioz, lending itself distinctively to his dramatic capacity.

Gough gave four groups, responding to three encores, his personality and talented voice in English, Italian and German, while concluding group of Mexican Basque folk songs and Spanish selections was of unusual interest.

For encores Mr. Gough offered "Drink to Me Only With Eyes," "In a Luxembourg Garden," and "Now Sleeps the Crimson Petal," setting of a Tennyson poem.

Hendersonville friends and admirers were gratified at hearing Zimmerman in the role of accompanist.
