Colville Is
Made Corporal

WITH THE 25TH INFANTRY DIVISION IN KOREA—Alfred B. Colville, son of Mr. and Mrs. James H. Colville, Route 4, Box 385, Dunn, N. C., was recently promoted to corporal while serving with the 25th Infantry Division in Korea.

Rushed to Korea during the early days of the conflict, the 25th Infantry took part in some of the most bitter fighting on the peninsula. It is now undergoing intensive post-truce training.

Corporal Colville, who arrived in Korea last May, is a squad leader in the 14th Regiment's Company B. In the Army since November 1952, he wears the Purple Heart for wounds received in action, Combat Infantryman Badge and the Korean and UN Service Ribbons.
