The Bell and Everett Fizzle. In addition to the repudiation of Bell and Everett by the old line Americans of New York, the Secretary of the Constitutional Union Executive Committee, because he could not support the ticket, and other manifestations of disapproval on part of the country, we have now to record the abandonment of the nominees by the American party of Baltimore--the chief American city in the Union. The Baltimore Patriot says that at the last regular session of the American Superior Council resolutions were adopted that the American party of Baltimore has determined to maintain its political organization in the municipal election next fall, and to leave its members free, as individuals, to vote as they please in the Presidential election.
