Belafonte To Sing At Brussels Fair

New York (ANP) - Harry Belafonte will star at the Brussels World's Fair, September 5, 7, in a special version of his one-man concert program.

The actor-singer will offer a two and a half hour repertoire of international folk songs and will be accompanied by two guitarists and a full orchestra under the baton of his own conductor.

Belafonte, whose first film for his own producing company, "End of the World," will be in release at that time, is expected to play limited engagements in London, Paris, and Rome immediately after the Brussels appearance in response to continued requests of European theatrical impresarios. This will mark Belafonte's first appearance on the continent.
