Tennessee.—Each party in this State, so far as returns have come in, stand as in the last Congress, to wit, seven whigs and six loco focos. Full returns are not received from all the districts, but sufficient to warrant the conclusion that there will be no change. The whigs had strong hopes of carrying one additional district, but it seems were disappointed. Polk's influence in this State is very great; and he has used it to the best advantage.

Later.—By the last mail we learn that in the 4th district a whig is elected in place of a loco—making the delegation 8 to 5. We have not seen a complete list of the names of the members.
