Champ Clark has disappeared from the political map as a formidable candidate for the Democratic nomination for President. From present appearances, he will not get half of the delegates and needs two-thirds to be nominated. The Southern States will be almost solidly behind Underwood. He has the Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee delegates already. New York with its 92 delegates is willing to go for Bryan for President and United States Senator James H. O'Gorman for Vice-President.

Bryan can have the nomination for President if he says the word. Bryan and O'Gorman is the latest ticket talked of.
