Messrs. Sutton, Moore and two or three others, owners of large lots of land in the neighborhood of Rosamond, have just applied to the Rosamond Land and Water Company for a water right to three sections of public land with a view to subdividing the land into ten, twenty and thirty acre vineyards. This proposition will be worth $20,000 to the company and encourage it to go forward in the work of water and development.
