Football Party
Last Thursday evening was a red letter day in the lives of about sixty young people when the football party was held in the gym. The gym was beautifully decorated with footballs, pennants and streamers. The third grade room was changed into a game room and many a ping pong battle was waged in there. Dancing was the chief amusement of the evening. Clyde Dahlin's orchestra furnished the best of music. At 11 p. m. all went to the dining room in the assembly where Miss Dorothy Taylor and her girls had prepared a lunch of cake, ice cream and coffee. Speeches were in order under the direction of Captain Charles Taylor. At midnight, "On Old Wolf Point" was sung and another pleasant event had been so registered in our memory book.
