Venice, Jan. 7. Some private Letters from Constantinople of different Dates, far from confirming the Disgrace of Count Bonneval, say, that the Porte reposes a greater Confidence in him than ever; that a Journey he lately took, which related to the Operations of the approaching Campaign, gave Rise to the Report that has been spread of his being sent into Exile, but that the gracious Reception he met with from the Grand Seignior at his Return has entirely destroy'd the Report of his Disgrace. The Grand Vizir's Credit at the Porte increases every Day, in Spight of all the Cabals formed against him.
