Deaconess Hospital Burned.

By Southern Associated Press.

CLEVELAND, Ohio, February 1.—The Deaconess Hospital, on Jennings avenue, Southside, was destroyed by fire at noon to-day, and four persons are known to have been burned to death. The bodies of a child, two men and a nurse had been recovered at 1 o'clock. It was not known at that hour whether there were any more bodies in the building. The list of the dead is as follows: Wm. Almayer, Jacob Krause, Annie Baumer, an eight weeks old baby. Fire started in the basement, and was caused by a defective flue.
