Check Up On Kitchen

To check the value of the kitchen in the new house you are thinking of buying ask yourself these four important questions:

1. Does it have ample storage space? There should be about 10 square feet of storage for every member in the family.

2. Could the appliances be properly placed and made handy to each other? For instance, the refrigerator door should open right next to the work counter, not away from it.

3. Is the room surfaced with a really durable yet easy-to-clean material which is also fireproof and waterproof?

4. Is there a large window? The window should be at least one-tenth as large as the floor and preferably look out over the children's play area.
