It is supposed, as Lord Colville, in the Northumberland with several other of his Majesty's Ships are at Halifax, and on that station, the French will find it difficult to make their retreat from Newfoundland.
It is currently reported, that the following ships, viz. the Superb, Cornwall, Bedford, Monmouth, and Shrewsbury, besides three Frigates, are to sail with all Dispatch, under the Command of Admiral Durell, to oblige the French to abandon their late conquests.
