THORNROSE CEMETERY.
We are glad to hear that the Trustees are making preparations to carry out the designs of the Cemetery company. We feel a deep interest in this work, and are anxious to see it under way. It is unfortunately too often the case, that enterprises of this character make a brilliant beginning and then die—whether a natural death, or not, we do not pretend to say. We hope better things, however, of the Cemetery Company, whose work, we hope, may soon be completed, and dedicated to its sacred purposes.
