We hear from Rhode Island, that Friday last, the Collector of His Majesty's Customs there, seized a Sloop belonging to Peter Simons of that Place, Capt. Peleg Clarke, Master, having on board a Cargo of French Sugars, she being suspected to have been trading with that Nation.
