The Committee appointed on the first instant, made report, that they have had a conference with the several deputations from the meetings of the district of Southwark, Germantown and Kensington—and taking into consideration the critical situation of our country, at present, it was
Resolved unanimously, That from our knowledge of the several candidates, and their being attached to the Federal government and the known patriotism, integrity and abilities of the following gentlemen, we beg leave to recommend them to our fellow citizens, as suitable persons for their support at the ensuing election.
