ALBANY, Aug. 28.

The Indians account of the attack they lately made on Fort Recovery, has been received at Niagara & we are informed, that they state their loss at 30 warriors killed and that they killed of the American troops between 30 and 40, and killed and carried off 300 horses in their attempt of carrying that post.

They speak of Gen. Wayne, as a chief whose prudence and caution not only prevents their making any head against him, but totally defeats every project they can invent for bringing him to an action on any terms that can promise them success.
