Full Text

We have received what we suppose to be the first number of a Norwegian newspaper. In the absence of our interpreter we are quite unable to decipher a single word of it: but venture to guess at some of them. We think it is printed at Madison, and we suppose it will advocate Reform doctrine for the reason that the other Norwegian paper there has gone over to the Republicans. That its classification is good, there is no doubt, and that it is filled with the latest news, is reasonably inferred. So nearly as we can interpret the name of this paper, it is called the "Nordvesten." In any event, success to it.
