Shocking Accident.--A young man of industrious habits and of good character, whose name was Francis Clancey, living at Utica, in this county, was killed on Saturday last while walking on the railroad track below Utica. He had been down to the new cement works to see a friend home, and while returning, as is supposed, was run over by the up passenger train, at 2 o'clock A. M. His head was crushed and partially severed from his body, and his person was otherwise mangled. He was aged about 19 years, was unmarried and leaves a widowed mother.
