Arrest of a Fugitive.—Sergeant Bowyer of the Chief's bureau yesterday returned from Philadelphia having in his custody James Shea, a young Irishman, who, about three years ago, robbed his employers, Messrs. Gondard & Bros., of No. 91 Park place of large amount of sewing silks, braids, tailors trimmings, &c., and then fled from the draft. During that time he stole the goods and employed a young man to peddle them about the city. This individual was arrested while so engaged, but upon the true state of the case being made known he was liberated. Shea was found in Philadelphia some time ago for trying to run in his own store, but was acquitted. He is now in the Tombs.
